Refund and Returns Policy

At EVOV Sport, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original dispatch date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty:

  • Custom or personalised products (including custom teamwear)
  • Items marked as final sale

Please ensure all custom details (sizes, colors, logos, names, numbers) are correct before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once assessed, if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or material defect, we will offer a replacement or refund, including applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
