COLOURS

As customers can appreciate, colours shown on-line may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only. If the colour differs substantially from what was ordered then EVOV will exchange the item or provide online store credit and refund the return freight charges.

Personalised Items:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they are found faulty after a detailed examination by our Product team. Please ensure your personalisation details are accurate, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice. We will gladly replace items if we incorrectly personalise them contrary to your instructions. Returns are not accepted if a player changes their number or leaves a team after the personalisation process. Additionally, returns are not accepted for Teamwear products that have had team logos or player personalisation printed.

Refunds on Faulty/Wrong Orders:

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your original payment method. A copy of your EVOV invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.

Change of Mind:

EVOV does not accept returns on items that have had tags removed, been personalised, worn, washed, or have damaged original packaging. Change of mind returns are only available within 14 days for items in resalable condition. In such cases, EVOV will issue an online store credit, excluding original freight charges. Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Please return items in suitable packaging as we cannot process orders that are damaged in transit. Allow 10 days from the approval of your return request for account credit or exchange credit to be issued. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. EVOV will refund the value of the goods returned but not the value of any shipping paid.

Store Credits:

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date and can be used on any items listed on EVOV. Shipping fees paid on the original order will not be credited. Clearance items cannot be accepted for return or exchange in any case.
